Shipping & Handling
Charges. Shipping & handling for all U.S. and Canadian orders is $4.95 (US). S&H for international orders is $14.95 (US).
Taxes. As a California-based company, we must charge California-resident customers 8.25% sales tax on the value of all orders.
Shipping. All domestic orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS ground. International orders and places not served by UPS will be shipped by least expensive ground or air freight.
Returns & Exchanges
All products purchased from the ProtestWorks.com web site come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any purchase for:
A replacement of original item if original was damaged, faulty, or the wrong size;
A full refund (excluding shipping charges);
Or you may apply the purchase value to any other ProtestWorks.com product.
If you are returning a purchase paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the card, if you paid by cash or check, a check will be issued to you. All refunds and exchanges are honored upon arrival of the returned product with a copy of a valid receipt or packing slip.
To return a purchase, pack it in the original or similar padded envelope or box. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt or packing slip, and to indicate on the receipt or slip the products being returned and the desired refund or exchange.
